Dim sum is a traditional Chinese inspired light meal consisting of an assortment of dumplings served with tea. Harmony's savories include a combination of top grade meats, premium seafood and select organic vegetables as well as fruit and desserts. Our delectables are freshly hand crafted daily by our dim sum chefs using wheat starch flour, egg noodle wraps, or flour skins that are steamed, fried, grilled, or baked.
